“middle grounds” is an original acrylic on hand stretched canvas. I painted a smaller version for an art festival this summer and so many people liked it that i painted another one bigger!! I used a palette knife and large brushstrokes to create depth and interest. The deep blue is a mix of ivory black and Phthalo Blue with some yellow ochre (of course) to create contrast from the golds and yellow leaves. hope you enjoy!!
