so this is a story about my brothers wedding and the bridesmaid dress - my brothers wife is amazing- a nurse who worked with terminally ill children, she is well spoken, beautiful and kind and has great taste- God saved her for my brother b/c Lord knows he needs a woman with all these things and patience and a sense of humor...

so their south louisiana july wedding was approaching and she asked me to be a bridesmaid (she asked in december and i was so honored) and she said we could choose our dresses as long as they were blush and long... so i waited until end of May and chose one off of ebay -i paid $50 for it...now the saying "its too good to be true" is actually true. The pic above is the dress i paid for and i even gave the lady (who happened to be asian) my measurements b/c i didn't fit any of the said sizes they had offered... my waist is a size 8 and everything else is a 4??? so 1 week before the big day the dress comes in the mail ...see pic below...

i've NEVER worn a bridesmaids dress after the wedding it was meant for

i hated it

it would have cost $75 to mail back to china

my mom had to go to davids bridal and buy my a dress for the wedding

moral of the story- NEVER buy a dress off of ebay, made in china, for $35
